Each North Star Digital plan has its own agreement. The terms you accept at checkout are the ones below for that plan.

North Star Digital Dev ('North Star', 'we') provides the North Star Site Plan: a professionally designed website that is built, hosted, maintained, and supported by us for a recurring monthly fee. The website is provided as an ongoing service, not as a one-time deliverable or product sale.
The fee is $50.00 USD per month, charged automatically to your payment method on the same calendar day each month beginning on the date you subscribe. There is no setup fee. All amounts are non-refundable, including partial months.
This service carries a minimum term of six (6) consecutive monthly billing cycles beginning on your signup date. If you cancel before completing the six-month minimum term, the remaining monthly payments for that term become immediately due and payable.
You are responsible for keeping a valid, current payment method on file for the full duration of the subscription. You authorize North Star to charge that payment method each billing cycle until the subscription is properly cancelled.
After the six-month minimum term is complete, you may cancel at any time with thirty (30) days' written notice to northstardigital.dev@gmail.com. Service continues through the end of the final paid period, after which the website is taken offline and removed.
North Star retains full and exclusive ownership of the website, its design, source code, layouts, templates, and the hosting environment. Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the website while your subscription is active and in good standing. You retain ownership of your domain name, logo, trademarks, photos, and written content that you supply, and you may take those with you at any time. Website files, code, and design assets are not transferred, sold, or licensed for reuse elsewhere.
Failed payments are retried automatically. A five (5) day grace period applies from the first failed charge. After the grace period, a late fee of $15.00 may be applied to the account.
If an account remains unpaid for ten (10) days past due, the website may be suspended and taken offline. If an account remains unpaid for thirty (30) days past due, the website and its hosting may be permanently removed and the outstanding balance, including any remaining minimum-term payments, remains due.
You represent and warrant that you own or hold the rights to all content, images, logos, and text you provide, and that the content is lawful and not misleading. You agree to indemnify North Star against claims arising from content you supply.
Reasonable content updates, text changes, and small adjustments are included in the monthly fee. Full redesigns, additional major functionality, e-commerce systems, and custom application development are outside this plan and are quoted separately.
We may update these terms with thirty (30) days' notice sent to the email on your account. Continued use of the service after that period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Each acceptance is recorded with a version and timestamp.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Your website goes live within two (2) business days, or your money back. The two-day window begins once you have submitted your completed project brief and supplied the content and access we need. If we miss that window, email northstardigital.dev@gmail.com and we will refund every payment made to date and release you from the minimum service term. Delays caused by missing content, unanswered approval requests, or third-party domain or hosting providers do not count toward the two days.

Work that falls outside the agreed scope — e-commerce systems, custom applications, integrations, or additional major functionality — is quoted separately.
A fully custom design built mobile-first, contact and lead forms delivered to your inbox, SEO setup including sitemap and meta tags, Google Analytics and Search Console configuration, a speed and accessibility pass before launch, domain connection, and launch support.
The price is $750.00 USD, charged as a single payment at checkout. Work begins once payment clears and your project brief is submitted. Payments are non-refundable once design work has started, except under the two-day delivery guarantee above.
On receipt of full payment, ownership of the finished website design, content, and source code transfers to you. The site is yours to keep, move, or modify.
Revisions are unlimited within the agreed scope and while the project is active. Requests that change the agreed scope, add new sections or functionality, or restart the design direction after approval are treated as new work and quoted separately.
You supply text, images, logos, and any other materials for the site. You represent that you own or hold the rights to that content and that it is lawful and not misleading, and you agree to indemnify North Star against claims arising from it. Delays in supplying content delay the launch date.
Hosting fees, domain registration, and any third-party service costs are your responsibility and are not included in the build price. We will help you connect and configure them at launch.
Ongoing maintenance, content updates, and support are not included after launch. They are available separately or through the North Star Site Plan.

Failed payments are retried automatically. If a payment remains unpaid for ten (10) days past due, work and any live site may be paused or taken offline until the balance is brought current. The outstanding balance remains due.
You may stop the plan at any time by writing to northstardigital.dev@gmail.com. Payments already made are non-refundable except under the two-day delivery guarantee above, and ownership does not transfer unless the $750.00 balance has been paid in full.

Your chatbot is live on your site within two (2) business days, or your money back. The two-day window begins once you have supplied the business information the assistant should know. If we miss that window, email northstardigital.dev@gmail.com and we will refund your payment.
The North Star Chatbot is an AI assistant embedded on your website, trained on the knowledge base you provide. It is offered as a hosted, month-to-month service.
The fee is $7.99 USD per month, charged automatically on the same calendar day each month. There is no minimum term. You may cancel at any time from your account; service continues through the end of the paid period and is not pro-rated or refunded.
You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of the information you give the chatbot, including hours, pricing, and service details. You can edit that information at any time from your account.
Responses are generated by an AI model and may be incomplete or incorrect. They are not legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice, and North Star is not liable for decisions made based on chatbot responses.
Conversations are unlimited under normal business use. Automated abuse, resale of the assistant, scraping, or traffic that materially exceeds ordinary use may result in rate limiting or suspension after notice.
When the subscription ends, the embed stops responding and stored conversation history may be deleted after thirty (30) days.
